Rochester, NY (WKBW) - The woman accused of supplying the guns used in the Christmas Eve ambush in Webster entered a not guilty plea in federal county on Monday.

Authorities say 24-year-old Dawn Nguyen lied on a form in 2010 in order to purchase a Bushmaster semi-automatic rifle and a Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun for William Spengler.

Spenger, a known felon who served time for manslaughter in the death of his grandmother, was not allowed to own a gun.

Spengler then used those weapons to kill two volunteer firefighters on Christmas Eve. Two other police officers were injured.

If convicted, Nguyen faces up to 30 years in prison.
