Woman Accused of Training Bird to Swear at Neighbor

According to a report from the Providence (R.I.) Journal, a Rhode Island woman and her pet cockatoo have been accused of violating a city noise ordinance after a neighbor claims the bird's offensive language is directed at her. A judge denied the woman's request to dismiss the case, according to the Providence Journal report.
