BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) -- One man is dead and one woman injured following an overnight shooting on Buffalo's east side.
Police and homicide detectives responded to the scene at 1261 Fillmore Avenue after 2 a.m. Sunday. Detectives say two people, a man and a woman, were shot while standing outside that address.
The female victim was transported to ECMC. Her injuries do not appear to be life threatening. The male victim died at the scene. Police have not released their names.
