Two Fredonia Men Arrested on Drug Charges

FREDONIA, NY--Fredonia Troopers arrested two Fredonia Men on drug charges following a traffic stop on State Route 20 in the Town of Sheridan on Saturday.

Troopers stopped a car for throwing a cigarette butt out the passenger side window. The operator, David W. Holland, 43, of Fredonia, was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe with burnt marijuana residue. A passenger, Robert J. Kaczor, 18, also from Fredonia, was found to be in possession of approximately 2 grams of cocaine, approximately 1.5 grams of marijuana, oxycontin and oxymorphone tablets.

Kaczor was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th, a class D Felony, 2 counts of Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and 2 counts of a controlled substance outside prescribed container.

Both subjects were issued Appearance tickets for the Town of Sheridan Court on March 28th.
