Three Arrested for Heroin Sales in Warsaw

Three individuals were arrested for the sale of Heroin in the Village of Warsaw, police say.

28-year old Cody Nichols and 23-year-old Alicia Herman of Warsaw, as well as 22-year-old Patrick Kitzmiller were all arrested following a three month investigation by the Wyoming County Drug Task Force.

Nichols allegedly sold heroin on three separate occasions to a Task Force agent. On January 11th, he was taken into custody. He is currently being held in jail on $25,000 bail.

Herman allegedly sold Heroin on two separate occasions to the Task Force and is currently out on pre-trial release.

Kitzmiller allegedly sold Heroin on two separate occasions to the Task Force and is currently in jail on $10,000 bail.

All three have been indicted by a Wyoming County Grand Jury. Two vehicles have been seized during the investigation.
