According to a report from Forbes, boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather Jr. is the highest-paid athlete in the world. Mayweather, 35, tops the list of the publication's 100 highest-paid athletes, raking in $85 million over the past 12 months.
According to Forbes, this is the first year since 2001 that golf star Tiger Woods was not at the top of the list. Woods ranked third, behind Mayweather and another boxer, Manny Pacquiao.
