A shocking story from Pennsylvania.
According to a report from the Beaver County Times, three Pennsylvania teenagers have been charged in connection with the weekend shooting death of a 22-year-old woman in an alleged dispute over a cigarette.
One teen was taken into custody this week, but two others remain at-large, according to the Beaver County Times report.
