Drive-By Squirt Gun Attack Leads to Charges

Here's something you don't hear about every day -- a drive-by squirt gun shooting.

According to the New Castle (Penn.) News, four people in Pennsylvania -- a pair of 18-year-olds, a 19-year-old and a 24-year-old -- have been cited for disorderly conduct and harassment for allegedly using water guns to squirt people with chlorinated water from a car.
