Teacher Whose Blog About Students Drew National Attention Is Fired

A Philadelphia English teacher who was suspended for blog posts about students in 2011 that made national headlines has lost her job.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the woman was fired for "unsatisfactory performance" by a unanimous vote by a seven-member school board.
