Shoplifter Suing Liquor Store Owner Who Shot Him

A bizarre story from Colorado.

According to a report from the Colorado Springs Gazette, a shoplifter who was shot by a Colorado liquor store owner after stealing a bottle of vodka is suing the store owner and seeking at least $100,000 in damages.
