According to media reports, the crowd topped 15,000 for the Thursday at the Harbor concert featuring the 1990's hit female rap group Salt n' Pepa.

Just after 7:30 p.m. hundreds of people were turned away but they made the best of whatever location they were at. But some say things got a little out of hand and say they saw a couple of fights.

Organizers say it is a free concert and while they didn't want to turn anyone away they had to do what was best in the best interest of public safety.
