BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - One event coming up will offer kids the chance to do just that and help a great cause.
Joining Eyewitness News "This Morning" to talk about the cause, is Jay Bonafede from the American Red Cross.
"Safe and Seen Halloween" is this Saturday from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M. at ECC North. Youngsters can "trick or treat" safely and indoors, for $3 per child, with proceeds going to the Red Cross.
