Police say upon arrival, they observed a 2011 Toyota Corolla on its roof with no occupants.

The occupants of the car were found in a nearby convenience store, all with injuries from the accident.

The driver, Thaddeus Nicpon, and passengers Brandon Nicpon, Heather Eagan, and a one-month old infant (who was not identified) were transported by ambulance to area hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.

The infant was transported to Children’s hospital and is in critical but stable condition.
