Rochester Man Charged With Murder

A Rochester man has been charged with second degree murder after officers discovered a dead body when responding to a burglary call, police say

When Rochester Police were responding to a call about a possible burglary in progress, the body of 52-year-old Todd Davidson of Rochester was discovered in the Tacoma Street apartment.

According to police, the suspects fled before the police arrived.

Eventually, 23-year-old Marcellus Timmons was arrested at approximately 8:25 a.m. Wednesday morning and was charged with the murder.

Medical Examiners are currently working on determining the manner and cause of death,
