Police: Man Steals Police Car, Crashes Into Starbucks and Loses Legs

A crazy incident in California on Friday morning.

According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, police in Los Angeles said a California man stole a police car early Friday morning and crashed it into a Starbucks. The man lost both of his legs in the crash, according to the Times report.
