BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Buffalo Police homicide detectives are investigation the city's first homicide of 2013.
According to police, the male victim was struck by gunfire while in a vehicle near Kensington Avenue and Castle Place just after 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
The victim, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
