Albany, N.Y (WKBW) It is expected that New York State lawmakers will begin voting on a new tentative budget for fiscal year 2013-14 during this upcoming weekend.

The $136-billion budget includes a provision that would send $350 rebate checks to households with children that have an annual income between $40,000 and $300,000.
