A Buffalo woman was stabbed by her 16-year-old son around 1 p.m. Thursday.
Police say the son stabbed his mom with a pair of scissors as she attempted to break up a fight he was in with another person.
The boy was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
