Mother Says Substitute Teacher Duct Taped Son's Mouth Shut

According to a report from Louisiana television station KATC, a Louisiana mother is alleging that a substitute teacher put duct tape over her 9-year-old son's mouth to keep him from talking during school earlier this month.

Police are investigating, according to the KATC report.
