Mother Arrested After 2-Year-Old Found Walking Alone On Roof of Home, Police Say

A dangerous situation for a 2-year-old, according to a report out of Florida.

According to a report from the Daytona Beach (Fla.) News-Journal, police said a Florida mother has been charged with child neglect after a neighbor allegedly found the woman's 2-year-old daughter walking on the roof of their home unsupervised  this week.
