Mother Allegedly Whipped Children With Computer Cable, Police Say

According to the Daytona Beach (Fla.) News-Journal, a 28-year-old Florida mother has been charged with child abuse for allegedly whipping her 2-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter with a computer cable.

The woman allegedly told police she was upset with the children because they were fighting, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal report.
