More Than 29 Million Gas Cylinders Recalled

(CPSC news release) The U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, along with Worthington Cylinders on Tuesday announced a voluntary recall of Map Pro, Propylene and MAPP Gas Cylinders due to a potential fire hazard.

According to the recall notice, the seal on the cylinders can leak after torches or other fuel consuming equipment are disconnected from them, posing a fire hazard. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
