According to Arizona television station KPHO, a 24-year-old transient man who pleaded guilty to charges that he skinned a cat and wore its tail and intestines around his neck was sentenced to two years in prison on Wednesday.
The man pleaded guilty in July to burglary and animal cruelty charges, according to the KPHO report.
