An Oregon man is not smiling about his dissatisfaction with an orthodontist.
According to the Oregonian, the 22-year-old Oregon man -- who had braces for 11 years -- is suing the orthodontist because he claims he suffered tooth decay and periodontal disease because he had the braces so long.
The man is seeking more than $185,000 in damages, according to the Oregonian report.
