BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - A judge sentenced 19-year-old Jose Latorre to 25 years behind bars for the August 2009 killing of a man in the Town of Tonawanda.

A jury convicted Latorre of manslaughter last month for shooting and killing 25-year-old Michael Santiago back on August 15, 2009.

Latorre may actually spend up to 30 years or more in prison for additional charges of Aggravated Burglary stemming from an incident in Ohio. The 25 year manslaughter sentence will run consecutive with the charges in Ohio.
