A man dressed as "The Joker" from Batman was arrested after being accused of terrorizing customers at a Chautauqua County Applebees.
24-year-old Aaron Chase was taken into custody by police after they say he was harassing customers at the Applebees on Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood.
Police arrested Chase who is currently undergoing mental health evaluations.
