Man Charged For Sending Valentine's Day Flowers to Estranged Wife

According to the Sheboygan (Wis.) Press, a 23-year-old Wisconsin man was charged with felony bail jumping for allegedly sending his estranged wife flowers on Valentine's Day in violation of a restraining order.

The man was charged with battery, strangulation and false imprisonment charges in January, according to the Sheboygan Press report.
