A strange story out of Florida.
According to a news release from the Charlotte County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a 56-year-old Florida man was arrested last week for allegedly battering a pair of senior citizens during an incident at an apartment.
Police said the victims were a 67-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman. The woman suffered a broken hip, according to the news release. The man is charged with aggravated battery with great bodily harm and battery on a person 65 or older, according to the news release.
