Man Accused of Locking 18-Month Old in Dog Cage, Leaving 4-Year-Old Outside Naked

A bizarre story from Oklahoma.

According to a report from the Tulsa World, police said an Oklahoma man was arrested over the weekend on child abuse charges for allegedly leaving a 4-year-old outside naked and locking an 18-month-old in a dog cage inside his home.
