Man Accused of Killing Neighbor at Homeowners Association Meeting

According to a report from the Louisville Courier-Journal, a homeowners association meeting at a church turned deadly Thursday when a 55-year-old man allegedly shot and killed a 73-year-old male neighbor.

A second victim was also shot, according to the Courier-Journal report.
