LOCKPORT, NY (WKBW/Release) - On December 13th, 2012 the New York State Police in Lockport arrested Martimiano Vasquez-Santiago, age 32, of Locust Street, Lockport, NY for Rape in the third degree (2 counts), a class E felony, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawfully dealing with a Child in the first degree; both class A misdemeanors.
The State Police in Lockport received a report that a fifteen year old female had had sexual contact with Vasquez-Santiago in late 2011 in the Village of Barker.
The investigation revealed that Vasquez-Santiago had sexual intercourse with the juvenile on two occasions and provided her alcohol on one of the occasions.
Vasquez-Santiago was arraigned before the Town of Lockport Court and was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $200.00 cash bail and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Somerset Court on January 3rd, 2012 at 6:00 PM.
