Leandra's Law Arrest in Niagara Falls

(WKBW release) The New York State Police on Monday evening arrested Marlowe J. Smith of Niagara Falls for Felony DWI including 2 counts of Aggravated DWI/Leandra's Law and Aggravated DWI/over .18% BAC, and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree along with other traffic violations. 

According to a news release from the New York State Police:

Smith allegedly had two children under the age of 16 in the vehicle when he was stopped for speeding on Hyde Park Blvd in Niagara Falls.  Smith's BAC was .24%.  He is being held without bail awaiting arraignment on Tuesday.
