Lawyer's Facebook Photo of Client's Underwear Leads to Mistrial in Murder Case

According to report from The Miami Herald, a mistrial was declared in a Florida murder case this week after a public defender reportedly posted a picture of her client's underwear on her personal Facebook page. The lawyer was fired from her job at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's office, according to the Miami Herald report.
