A Kendall man was arrested and charged with attempted murder and assault as a result of an investigation into a domestic incident on March 4th.
According to Deputies, 64-year-old Dennis Buehler shot his victim, set the residence on fire, and ultimately shot himself, before being taken into custody.
Buehler was arraigned in Rochester Monday evening. He remains at Strong Memorial Hospital. Bail was set at $250,000 cash or $500,000 bond.
An order of protection was issued for the victim.
Additional charges are expected when the case is presented to grand jury.
