A unique ruling by a Wisconsin judge.
According to a report from the Duluth (Minn.) News Tribune, a judge in northern Wisconsin issued a unique ruling earlier this month, ordering a Wisconsin man who has failed to pay child support to father no more children until his past due support amounts have been paid.
