Inmate Charged After Allegedly Spitting AIDS-Infected Blood on Corrections Officers

According to a report from the Beaver Dam (Wisc.) Daily Citizen, an HIV-positive 32-year-old inmate at a Wisconsin prison has been charged with throwing or expelling bodily fluids for allegedly spitting AIDS-infected blood at a pair of corrections officers this week.

The officers were treated for exposure to the AIDS virus, according to the Daily Citizen report.
