In a deal that has been in the works for the past few months, H&M has agreed to lease 22,000-square-feet in the Boulevard Mall. The store is slated to open by late spring or early summer.
H&M, in 2010, opened in the Walden Galleria and the store's opening day was noted for long lines of shoppers waiting to get inside.
H&M has been on an aggressive path of opening new stores around the country, particularly in the Northeast.
