A Fort Erie man has been arrested and charged for a number of sexual offenses related to occurrences that took place during the summer of 2009.
The incidents involving the 45-year-old man were reported to police last month. The accused man will not be identified to protect the identity of the then 14-year-old victim.
The man has been charged with two counts of each: Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, and Sexual Exploitation.
The accused man was released from custody following a Bail Hearing held last Friday at the Ontario Court of Justice.
