Severed Head, Foot Found in Canadian Park

A grisly discovery at a Canadian Park.

According to the Toronto Star, the severed head and foot of a woman was found at a Canadian Park on Thursday. Hikers found the foot floating in a river, and the head was found on a riverbank nearby, according to the Toronto Star report.
