A strange story from Tennessee.
According to a report from Tennessee television station WSMV, a Tennessee father faces charges after police said a repo man allegedly found four young children home alone at a residence when he came to repossess a vehicle over the weekend.
The father of the children faces four counts of felony neglect, according to the WSMV report.
