New York State Troopers are investigating a two-car motor vehicle accident that occurred shortly after 3 p.m. at the intersection of St. Rte. 243 in the Town of Rushford.
74-year-old Betty Pollock was traveling east and attempted a left turn onto CR 23.
Pollocks vehicle collided with a vehicle operated by 75-year-old Albert Holzborn.
98-year-old Mildred Holzborn, a passenger in Holzborn's vehicle, was pronounced dead at Jones Memorial Hospital.
Pollock was transferred to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment and was released.
