OAKFIELD, NY (WKBW) - The Genesee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened on Judge road in the Town of Oakfield just before Noon Thursday.
Police say 21-year-old Justin Dickes of Oakfield was traveling east on Judge Road at a high rate of speed and in the process of passing a van as it was turning left into a private driveway.
The motorcycle struck the driver's side of the van and overturned, ejecting Dickes from the bike.
Dickes had just attended the funeral service of one the victims that was killed in the fatal crash in Oakfield last week.
The driver of the van was not injured in the crash.
