(WKBW release) The Erie County Sheriff's Office said Friday that it arrested a 32-year-old Wales woman for DWI, including a felony Leandra Law DWI charge in the Town of Wales.
According to the Erie County Sheriff's Office, Lori B. Wittenrich was arrested after a citizen complaint that stated an intoxicated woman with a small child had just driven away from a local business. Deputies located the Wittenrich in the driveway of her residence and she had her four-month-old child in the vehicle, they said.
Wittenrich also faces a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, according to authorities.
