Doctor Accused of 'Waterboarding' Daughter

According to DelawareOnline.com, a Delaware doctor is facing multiple felony counts of child endangerment after being accused of allegedly "waterboarding" his 11-year-old daughter.

The man's wife is also facing multiple felony charges in connection with the alleged abuse, according to the DelawareOnline.com report. The couple's children are in protective services, according to the DelawareOnline.com report.
