Couple Accused of Trading Pickup Truck for Infant

According to the Lexington (Ky.) Herald-Leader, a Kentucky couple has been arrested and faces human trafficking charges for allegedly trading a woman a pickup truck for her infant.

Kentucky child-welfare workers took custody of the infant, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader report.
