Buffalo Police has launched an investigation into the case of an East Aurora teacher.
Former East Aurora High School technology and physics teacher Ryan Ellis, 36, was accused of having crack cocaine and arrested for possession in December during a routine traffic stop on Buffalo's east side.
Charges, however, were dropped in the case yesterday.
Ellis' record includes a 2009 guilty plea to driving while intoxicated and a 2001 plea to criminal possession of a controlled substance.
