Buffalo Man Faces Charges of Sexual Abuse After Incident at Darien Lake

DARIEN, NY - A Buffalo man is facing charges of sexual abuse after allegedly touching two female girls at Darien Lake Theme Park.

Police in Genesee County say 20-year-old Phillip Sanders touched two female girls under the age of 14 in intimate locations while in the water park at Darien Lake.

Sanders is now facing two counts of sexual abuse, both misdemeanors. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Darien court on September 21st.
