A Buffalo man has been taken into custody after burglarizing a West Seneca Home and stealing a $700 TV, police say.

Police responded to the burglary Sunday after 32-year-old Adam Heyd of Orlando Street broke into the Seneca Creek Road home and stole a 42-inch Hitachi television.

Heyd was taken into custody and arraigned on Burglary, Petit Larceny, and Criminal Mischief.

He is currently at the Erie County Holding Center on $10,000 bail.
