BRADFORD, NY (WKBW/Release) - On October, 13th 2012 at approximately 4:45 A.M., Lawrence J. Fox and the victim were involved in a physical altercation in an apartment building located at 2 Bushnell Street in the City of Bradford.
The altercation escalated and moved outside when Fox allegedly pulled a .45 caliber hand gun out and fired seven shots at the victim as the victim was running away from Fox.
Fox is charged with Attempted Homicide, a first degree felony, as well as numerous other charges. Fox is listed in NCIC with full extradition status.
