Niagara Falls, NY ( WKBW ) New York State Park Police officers responded to a call at 11:10 a.m, of a body found floating in the lower Niagara River at the Cave of the Winds.
Officers say the victim appears to be a white male, with gray hair, approximately 6' tall, weighing between 250 and 300 lbs. It is not clear how the person died.
